We could say that the Mediterranean diet is the perfect diet.
It has great benefits to your health, to your lifestyle, and it protects the environment.
Mediterranean diet is seen as a way to have a balanced diet, and some investigations, came up that it helps to have a healthy lifestyle. We can say it takes care of three things: Your body, agriculture and environment.
Mediterranean diet was discovered in Greece, when people realized that Greeks had much less illness, and a higher life expectancy than the average.
With no doubt, Tapas are IN this wonderful diet. And it doesn’t consist only in a tasty and healthy food; it also consists in a new lifestyle surrounded by friends.
