Why have we chosen the "Tapas"?

Lots of ideas came up from our minds before choosing a topic to talk about in this blog.
But after some time thinking about it, we conclude that nothing can beat the attraction that "Tapas world" brings.

Even our great Chef Ferran Adriá (3 Michelin Stars) says that "Tapas" is the most exportable gastronomic format MadeinSpain. That´s because Tapas are dishes quick to make, done with the best Spanish products, and with an excellent quality.

All this spectacular flavors and this great quality is mixed with that outstanding environment, drinking a beer or a great Spanish wine,  with our friends, or family, chatting, laughing, and having an special meal.

So, if we have all this advantages, right here, in Spain, shouldn't we share it with the world?
Shouldn't we export our lifestyle?
Well, we do think so, and thats the reason of our blog, and of our twitter @tap_tapa .

¿Por qué la tapa?

Fueron muchas las ideas que fluyeron por nuestras mentes antes de elegir este objetivo final, fueron muchas, variadas, fuertes, pero no tuvieron nada que hacer frente a la atracción que supone el mundo de las tapas. 

Ya lo dice nuestro gran cocinero Ferran Adriá “la tapa es el formato gastronómico MadeinSpain más exportable”, y es que las tapas son una comida que se sirve rápidamente, que se prepara con alimentos esencialmente españoles, y con la calidad que estos atesoran. 

Pero más allá del extraordinario sabor que tienen estos pinchos y tapas está el ambiente tan especial que existe cuando las comemos, ya sea caña, ya sea vino, siempre estamos con nuestros familiares y amigos, siempre charlamos, reímos y disfrutamos, porque las tapas imponen un estilo de comida alternativo, divertido y original. 

¿Acaso no deberíamos anunciarlo, estar orgullosos de ello, compartirlo con el mundo? ¿Acaso no deberíamos exportarlo?

Pues bien, nosotros creemos que sí
